Children and Financial Remedy Experience

A particular strength of Northern Family Law Support is the breadth of cases we deal with.

We regularly support client through complex private Children Act proceedings, including disputes involving allegations of domestic abuse, safeguarding concerns, CAFCASS involvement, Fact Finding Hearings and Final Hearings.

We also regularly supports clients through financial remedy proceedings following divorce, including cases involving property, pensions, savings, investments, businesses, disclosure, Form E, First Appointments, FDRs and Final Hearings.

This means that where separation involves both children and finances, you can receive consistent support across both areas rather than having to find different people for different parts of your case.

Our current hourly rate is £130 plus VAT.

We offer a free initial 30 minute consultation so that you can explain your circumstances, understand how we may be able to help and decide whether our service is right for you.

We mainly support clients across County Durham, Newcastle, Sunderland, Gateshead, Teesside and Darlington, although we can assist clients throughout England and Wales.
