Our Fees

How Much Will It Cost?

Our fees take account of the time spent. Generally, our fees are calculated on the basis of the time spent at specific hourly rates. We charge in units of 10 minutes, rounded up.

Unless expressly stated, our hourly rates do not include VAT, which will be added to your invoice if applicable. We will notify you in writing of any increased hourly rate.

We charge a flat hourly rate of £100 per hour for our time spent delivering your services.  We charge for travel time at £50 per hour plus travel expenses of 45p per mile.

We will charge separately for photocopying, scanning, printing and postage.  We charge 10 pence per sheet of A4 that is photocopied, scanned or printed.

We reserve the right to use external service providers for document reproduction, scanning, couriering, and other administrative functions and to charge you for the cost we pay for these.

To keep our fees low we do not have an office with meeting rooms with all the associated overheads.  We can meet you in your home, a coffee shop or hire a meeting room.

We are not Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives. We do not have legal qualifications.  This means that you do not have the right to complain to the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Legal Ombudsman if you are unhappy with the services we provide.  You retain your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to make a claim against the firm if you feel the service provided falls short of the standard a reasonable person would expect.
